These terms and conditions, along with any other policies or guidelines listed on written contracts, shall govern your use of our services. By hiring a PERFORMER on the VIPcontacts.com website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
THIS AGREEMENT is for the services of music and/or entertainment described and is between the undersigned Musician(s) includes accompanying musicians and/or entertainers as described, hereinafter referred to as “PERFORMER” and VIPcontacts, LLC who is to provide booking services, hereinafter referred to as “AGENT”, to the venue, hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT”
The PERFORMER and AGENT shall be relieved of any and all liability or obligation to perform in the event that the performance of any of their duties are hindered or prevented by circumstances or conditions not under their control, by an Act of God or at AGENTs discretion. If PERFORMER is unable to fulfill obligation, an equivalent PERFORMER will be substituted.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds or cancellations on any bookings once it is submitted to us, including substitute PERFORMERS. This policy is in place because when you sign contract, we secure and acquire the PERFORMERS time and date.
CANCELLED EVENTS:
If an event is cancelled by CLIENT for any reason other than an Act of God, FULL agreed upon payment must be paid to VIPcontacts, LLC. within 5 business days of cancellation.
LITIGATION:
CLIENT acknowledges and concedes that all transactions take place in New Haven County in the state of Connecticut. In the event that AGENT are required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, CLIENT agrees that AGENT are entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the CLIENT, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and administrative costs, within the jurisdiction of New Haven County in the state of Connecticut.
Any and All mediation, arbitration, lawsuit and settlements will be filed in the State of Connecticut Courts. Any questions relating to this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
