A.  The information is continuously being updated as necessary as we are notified of changes.  In the unlikely event that the information you have purchased is not up to date, we will locate and update it for you. You may only receive a full refund if we can not locate the information you have purchased.

Q. Is there proof that by using this information I can really get through to the top music industry contacts?

A.   The standard is two, however, a maximum of four have been obtained at times using this information.  

Q.  Approximately how long does it take for my request to be granted?

A.  From the first call it takes approximately 4 weeks from beginning to end depending on what you are requesting. Try to allow at least one-month lead-time prior to the event date.  Requests have been attained in lesser time.

Q.  How much does it cost for each VIPcontacts listing?

A.  Just $19.99 which includes Registered Copyright User's Guide and one VIPcontacts selection. Registered Copyright User's Guide and VIPcontacts listing consists of extensive instructions on who to contact and what to say along with sample letters on how to request passes, tickets, autographs, memorabilia etc.

Q.  I live outside the US. Can I still use this information?

A.  Absolutely! The contacts and information supplied are to the top music industry leaders associated with the performing artists, so this can be used for wherever and whenever there is a performance. 

Q.  I do not have a credit card, what other forms of payment do you accept?

A. Once you have chosen the VIPcontacts you would like to purchase, just add them to the cart, print your invoice and mail us your invoice with a certified check or money order. Personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment.

Q. How do I get tickets to the shows?

Q. Is it guaranteed that my request will be granted?

A. Due to the high volume of requests the performer receives, it is not guaranteed that you will be granted your request: however, our Registered Copyright User's Guide demonstrates techniques that have been successful for over 20 years.
